We invite the submission of unsolicited manuscripts year round.

• Submit manuscripts electronically to concomm@umn.edu.
• Please include author CV and a brief abstract.
• Citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, supplemented by The Chicago Manual of Style.

Constitutional Commentary carefully considers all manuscripts received. Authors should expect a response to their submissions within 45 days.
